2. Summary
The project included the complete removal of the existing building, floors, roofs, foundations, concrete slabs, steps, walks and all appurtenances, associated structures or miscellaneous building items, unclassified excavation, grading and subgrade preparation, clearing and grubbing, and placement of crushed aggregate base, including all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for completion of the work. The City of Orange entered into a contract with Interior Demolition, Inc. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept Demolition of Building at 2829 N. Glassell Street as complete.
2. Authorize the City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
