6. Discussion and Background
Southern California Edison needs an underground easement for electrical conduit to run from their existing power pole to an existing AT&T easement where a new Cingular Wireless PCS cell tower will be located at El Modena Park. That tower has been approved by Community Development and is currently in the permit process. The lease for the new Cingular Wireless PCS cell tower is in a separate staff report for City Council approval.
Staff is requesting action for the approval of a new easement to Southern California Edison at El Modena Park.
