Disbursement and donation funds from Santiago Library System and Friends of Orange Public Library will be used to enhance and expand the Library's collections, programming, and resources.

4. FISCAL IMPACT
There is no direct fiscal impact to the City. The additional revenue received from Santiago Library System and Friends of Orange Public Library will fund the expense for these services.

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
The Orange Public Library has been presented with a $7,335 disbursement from Santiago Library System (SLS). SLS is a membership consortium of Orange County libraries that receives money from the State and disburses annually to member libraries.
