4. Fiscal Impact
There is no direct fiscal impact to the City. The additional revenue received from Wilson Automotive Group will fund the expense for the last five concerts of the 2024 Concerts in the Park series.

6. Discussion and Background
On June 25, 2024, the City Council voted to cancel all Fiscal Year 2024-25 (FY25) special events after July 4, 2024 and eliminate funding for these events in the FY25 budget. On June 28, 2024, Council authorized the continuation of special events on an individual basis if the City received full sponsorships for the event. The Wilson Automotive Group donated $35,000 to sponsor the remaining five concerts in the 2024 Concerts in the Park series. Staff is requesting a total of $35,000 to be accepted as revenue and appropriated into the General Fund Reimbursable Fund (105).
