2. SUMMARY
Plans and specifications have been completed and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The total estimated construction cost, including 10% for contingencies and construction engineering, is $1,428,570.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Approve the plans and specifications and authorize advertising for bids for Annual Concrete Replacement at Various Locations Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
2. Authorize the following budget transfer in Citywide TSIP (287):
From: 287.5011.56330.11328 ADA Improvements $200,000
To: 287.5011.56330.13120 Pavement Management Program $200,000
3. Find that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1(c) - Existing Facilities).

The estimated expense for this project is $1,428,570 and will be funded through Measure M2 (263) and Citywide TSIP (287) respectively:
