2. Summary
The City of Orange entered into a contract with New Dynasty Construction Co. for the Police Headquarters Lobby Roof and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Rehabilitation Project. The project included the replacement of the building lobby skylight roof system with a new metal seam roof system, replacement of major components of the building’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, and installed a photovoltaic (solar) panel system on the building’s roof. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept Police Headquarters Lobby Roof and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Rehabilitation Project as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
