2. Summary
The project encompassed vital plumbing and shower repairs within the restrooms and shower facilities of the Orange Police Department. The work included fixing leaks, replacing aging and deteriorating plumbing, and replacing outdated and broken fixtures. The City of Orange entered a contract with MDJ Management, LLC. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept Police Department shower and restroom repairs as complete.
2. Authorize the City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
