Amber Gregg Inc. is currently managing 26 applications for the City and retains capacity to process up to five new applications for week. The services include 15-20 hours per week providing initial ADU application review, sending comment letters, meeting with applicants, responding to inquiries, streamlining the ADU review process, and reviewing revised plans and documents.

The City retained planning staff services from Amber Gregg Inc. in June 2022 to support the Planning Division during ongoing recruitment to fill vacant Planner positions. This Amendment continues Planning Division support in order to maintain a high level of customer service and continue to meet customer and organizational expectations of timely application processing. Salary savings from the vacant planning positions will be used to fund the contract as needed until the vacant positions are filled and staff is trained to process the ADU applications received.
