On January 22, 2025, the Santiago Creek Commission discussed the property ownership and area map as well as the overall themes for the Santiago Creek Strategic Plan - Segment Two. By establishing themes for Santiago Creek Strategic Plan - Segment Two first, the Santiago Creek Commission created a focus to guide project recommendations that will be included in the final Santiago Creek Strategic Plan. The purpose of this item is to finalize project recommendations that were submitted for Santiago Creek Strategic Plan - Segment Two.

6. Discussion and Background
At the January 22, 2025, Santiago Creek Commission (SCC) meeting, the SCC reviewed the area and property ownership map for Santiago Creek Strategic Plan - Segment Two (Segment Two). In reviewing the Segment Two area and property ownership map first, the SCC identified unique characteristics and themes that should inform project recommendations for Segment Two.
After identifying underlying themes for Segment Two at the January 22nd SCC meeting, Commissioners have had the opportunity to develop project recommendations for consideration and discussion at the April 23, 2025, SCC meeting. Projects submitted before this agenda’s publication are attached to this report for review and discussion.
As the SCC continues to work through each segment, provided below is the proposed schedule through calendar year 2025.
