2.                     Summary

The City of Orange entered into a contract with Environmental Construction, Inc. for Well No. 28 Equipping Project. The scope of work consisted of completion of minor well rehabilitation, construction of electrical and chemical buildings, installation of new well pump, motor, electrical transformer, panels, sound enclosure, per- and polyfluoroalkyl treatment system, piping, and construction of a pocket public park with screen walls, metal trellis, monument sign, shade structure, landscaping and lighting. The project was completed in February 2026 to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.

3.                     Recommended Action

recommendation

1.                     Accept the Well No. 28 Equipping Project as complete.

2.                     Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
