Notice of Completion and Acceptance for Serrano Park Lodge Pole Fencing Project

2. Summary
The City awarded a contract to Armor Fence Concepts (Bid No. 25-26.05; Agreement No. 7909), to furnish and install a total of approximately 230 linear feet of new, 40” high, 2-rail, lodge pole fencing at two separate locations within Serrano Park to prevent unauthorized vehicle access in the park. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Community and Library Services Department.
The total approved project budget for the Serrano Park Lodge Pole Fencing Project (257016) was $39,000.00. The awarded construction contract amount with Armor Fence Concepts, Inc., including approved contingencies totaled $11,544.50. The final construction was completed within budget at a cost of $10,495.00.
3. Recommended Action

2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
