2. Summary
The City of Orange entered into a contract with Doane and Hartwig Water Systems, Inc. to purchase and install new mixers for Reservoirs 2 and 10A. The scope of work consisted of furnishing and installing new mixers, control units, wires and conduits, and training. The project was completed in February 2026 to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept the Purchase and Installation of Mixers for Reservoirs 2 and 10A as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
