2. Summary
With the adoption of Ordinance No. 02-24 and Resolution No. 11536 (adopted on March 12, 2024, and April 9, 2024, respectively), the Audit Advisory Committee was reinstated.
Resolution No. 11536 established the Committee’s qualifications for appointment including the number of representatives and terms. The newly reinstated Audit Advisory Committee shall consist of seven voting members with a term of two years. The City Treasurer and Finance Director (or their designee) shall serve as advisory non-voting members. Five members were appointed on November 26, 2024.

Confirm Mayor Slater’s recommendation to appoint Carolyn Cavecche and Caleb Brown to the Audit Advisory Committee for two-year terms respectively ending June 30, 2027.
