2. SUMMARY
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services received notification from the Federal Emergency Management Agency that the City of Orange has been approved for funding to update its Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, with the total project cost set at $209,990.50. Staff is also requesting authorization to pursue additional grants.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Adopt Resolution No. 11569. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange authorizing the application for federal financial assistance grant funding with the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance for any existing or future grant program.
