5. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of a 984 square foot addition to the existing 480 square foot single-family home, remove and replace all existing, non-original windows and doors, the demolition of the existing non-original 162 square foot front porch, the construction of a new 115 square foot front porch, the demolition of the existing 192 square foot detached garage, construction of a new 400 square foot two-car detached garage at the rear of the property, 365 square feet of open space, and new landscaping throughout the project site for an existing lot in the Old Towne Orange Historic District.
