2. Summary
The City of Orange entered into a contract with Onyx Paving Company to rehabilitate streets at various locations throughout the City. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
The project included the rehabilitation of three arterial streets and 35 residential streets throughout the City of Orange. The rehabilitation consisted of removing and reconstruction of severely damaged pavement sections, grinding, and overlaying the rest of the roadway. Other aspects of the project included replacement of damaged curb and gutter, sidewalks, and the reconstruction of Americans with Disabilities Act sidewalk access ramps.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept the Annual Pavement Maintenance at Various Locations Fiscal Year 2024-25 project as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
