5. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project proposal is for the installation of two new monument signs for an existing apartment complex. This project inlcudes:
Installation of two new non-illuminated monument signs identifying the apartment complex as “La Veta Grand”, displaying the apartment complex address, “401”, and contact information.
Each sign measures approximately 6 feet-1 inch wide by 2 feet and 11 5/8th inches tall, with a total sign area of approximatelty 22.31 sqaure feet per sign.
The proposed monument signs consist of an aluminum main cabinent with a dark gray painted finish, stone veneer accents, and raised acrylic lettering.
The acrylic lettering font is Century Gothic Regular.
The signs incorporate a vertical stone veneer element with “Luxury Apartments” lettering and gold accent/logo.
