2. Summary
The City of Orange entered into a contract with CEM Construction, Inc. for the Annual Sewer Line Replacement/Maintenance Fiscal Year 2023-2024. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
The project included the replacement of approximately 3,412 linear feet of existing 6” sewer main with 8” sewer main, the trenchless rehabilitation of 647 linear feet of 6” sewer main, and the reconnection of sewer laterals at various locations, and installed 703 linear feet of 8” polyvinyl chloride (PVC) storm drain pipe along Meadowridge Road and Westbridge Drive to address drainage issues from underground water run-off.
3. Recommended Action

2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
