2. SUMMARY
Bids for Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Street Rehabilitation were received and opened on June 18, 2026 (Bid No. 25-26.20 SP-4329). Seven bidders responded to the notice inviting bids. The apparent low bidder is R.J. Noble Company, Inc. of Orange, California in the amount of $457,583.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
recommendation
1. Approve the contract with R.J. Noble Company, Inc. in the amount of $526,221 representing an original amount of $457,583 plus a 15% contingency of $68,638 for Almond Avenue and Collins Avenue Street Improvements; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.
2. Authorize the continuing appropriation of $488,616 from the Community Development Block Grant (310) Fiscal Year 2026 CIP budget:

3. Authorize the following budget transfer in Community Development Block Grant (310):
