4. Fiscal Impact
There is no direct fiscal impact to the City. The additional revenue received from Orange Public Library Foundation will fund the expense for these services.

6. Discussion and Background
The Orange Public Library Foundation (Foundation) is donating $20,000 toward the purchase of books and audio-visual materials for all ages for the three Library locations as well as digital resources for the public. The Orange Public Library will publicize the Foundation’s contributions in a variety of ways, including bookplates and credit for collections support on the Library’s website.
