During the Orange International Street Fair, revenues are generated through parking fees collected at the Old Towne West Metrolink Parking structure. These funds assist with offsetting maintenance costs of the structure.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Accept into the City's revenue budget $43,082 in Metrolink Parking Structure funds from the parking fees into revenue account 100.0000.48380.17006, General Fund - Street Fair Metrolink Parking.
2. Authorize the appropriation of $43,082 into expenditure account number 100.5028.51450.20421, General Fund - Other Maintenance Metrolink Parking Structure.

4. FISCAL IMPACT
The total appropriation for maintenance costs is funded by the revenue received from the Orange International Street Fair parking fees.

During the Orange International Street Fair, the Old Towne West Metrolink Parking Structure is offered to visitors for parking. Visitors pay a fee upon entrance to the structure. The funds collected assist with ongoing parking structure maintenance costs. The City of Orange received $43,082 in net revenue during the three-day event.
