2. Summary
The City of Orange entered into a contract with All Cities Engineering to improve aging sewer and storm drain infrastructures at Main Street, Providence Avenue and Tustin Street (Bid No. 25-26.01; SP-4307). The project included the replacement of approximately 196 linear feet of existing 6” sewer main with 10” sewer main, the trenchless rehabilitation of 365 linear feet of 6” sewer main, and trenchless rehabilitation of 72 linear feet of corrugated metal pipe storm drain. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
The approved project budget was $399,580 with a 10% contingency. The final construction cost is $361,881.23. The project was completed under budget as a result of optimized field conditions and scope refinement.
3. Recommended Action

2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
