2. SUMMARY
Annual submission of Measure M2 eligibility documentation to the Orange County Transportation Authority is required to remain eligible to receive Measure M2 sales tax revenue funds. This year's process requires the City to adopt a Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program, adopt a resolution that attests the City's Local Signal Synchronization Plan aligns with the Orange County Transportation Authority's Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Master Plan, and adopt a resolution that confirms the update of the City's Pavement Management Program in conformance with the Pavement Management Program Submittal Template provided in the Countywide Pavement Management Plan Guidelines. Additionally, there are four approved CIP projects utilizing M2 funding that must be approved for addition to the Measure M2 Seven Year CIP for Fiscal Years 2025-2026 through 2031-2032.
