5. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed project includes the construction of a new one-story, 441-square-foot detached two-car garage located at the northeast corner of the property with access oriented toward the rear alley. The proposed garage would be set back 1 foot from the north (side) property line and 18 feet from the rear property line.
The proposed garage would feature a front-gable roof with asphalt shingles, painted fiber cement lap siding, and steel exterior doors with a white finish. The garage would have a maximum height of 11 feet 11 inches at the highest point of the gabled roof. The structure would be 9 feet 9 inches in height at a point 5 feet from the property line.
