3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Approve the plans and specifications and authorize advertising for Bid No. 25-26.15 (SP-4320), Annual Concrete Replacement at Various Locations Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
2. Find that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1(f) - Existing Facilities).

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
The project is part of the annual street maintenance program to replace curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, cross gutter, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sidewalk access ramps at various locations in the City. The Annual Concrete Replacement Project, within the Pavement Management Program, includes a component of annual maintenance services on a scale large enough that these services require an outside contractor. As such, this contract is funded from the operating budget and the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget previously approved by the City Council.
