2. SUMMARY
In October 2023, the City Council awarded an agreement to Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Incorporated, dba MIG, Inc. for design services for the Capital Improvement Project, New Park in West Orange (20513). This project was also awarded partial federal funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, therefore, environmental clearance under the National Environmental Policy Act must be completed. The amendment to the agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Incorporated, will allow the contractor to provide these services. The cost of the amendment is $34,595, bringing the total agreement not-to-exceed amount to $280,558.30.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

Approve the First Amendment to agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Incorporated, dba MIG, Inc. in the amount of $34,595 for New Park in West Orange Project; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.
