The applicant proposes replacing an existing canopy sign with a new reverse halo-lit canopy mounted wall sign and to reface an existing pole sign for Philz Coffee, an existing commercial business located at 202 N. Glassell Street. This property is located in the Old Towne Historic District and is designated as a non-contributing property.
On June 6, 2026, the Design Review Committee continued this item to a date uncertain to allow additional time for the applicant to address recommendations made by the Design Review Committee.
On October 7, 2026, the Design Review Committee continued this item to the November 4, 2026, Design review Committee meeting to allow the applicant additional time to address recommendations made by the Design Review Committee.
To ensure compliance with all recommendations made by the Design Review Committee staff recommends that the Design Review committee continue the public hearing to the November 18, 2026, meeting.
