2. Summary
This project delivered significant facility upgrades across three City of Orange library branches. At the Main Library, major repairs and replacements included the dumbwaiter, exterior tower, flooring, and automatic doors. The El Modena branch received a new roof underlayment, updated automatic doors, and a monument sign. At the Taft branch, improvements included window repairs, automatic doors, and a new lighting control panel. All work, completed by Horizons Construction Co. Intl, Inc., was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works and Community Services and Library Departments.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept the Multi-Library Improvements at Main, Taft, and El Modena Library branches as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
