2.                     Summary

Adoption of Resolution No. 11661 authorizes the execution of the Master Lease-Purchase Agreement in a principal amount not to exceed $1,931,606.50 for the acquisition of a Pierce Enforcer Urban Search and Rescue Apparatus, in support of the city’s operational needs and functions from South Coast Fire Equipment with PNC Bank.

6.                     Discussion and Background

On January 13, 2026, the City Council authorized the city to enter into a Master Lease-Purchase Agreement with PNC Bank, National Association. The agreement finances the acquisition of a Pierce Enforcer Urban Search and Rescue Apparatus over a five-year period, with a principal amount not to exceed $1,931,606.50.

This action formalizes the financing previously approved by City Council, with annual lease-purchase payments to be appropriated through the annual budget process.
