2. Summary
The City of Orange entered into a contract with Diversified Thermal Services, LLC., for the Main Library HVAC Replacement Project. The project included the replacement of the aged and inefficient system with a new HVAC system, replacement of thermostats, and a new heat pump for the basement of the Main Library. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. Recommended Action

1. Accept Main Library HVAC Replacement Project (SP-4049) as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
