2. SUMMARY
Funding for the Alcohol Policing Partnership Grant is being awarded in the amount of $75,000 to eliminate the crime and public nuisance problems associated with problem alcoholic beverage outlets.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Approve the agreement with the State of California, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the amount of $75,000 for the Alcohol Policing Partnership Grant; and authorize the Chief of Police or City Manager to execute on behalf of the City.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 11571. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange accepting funds in the amount of $75,000 from the State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the Alcoholic Policing Partnership Grant, and authorizing the Chief of Police or City Manager to execute the grant program agreement and related documents.
3. Accept into the City's revenue budget $75,000 in grant funds from the State of California, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control into the General Fund (100) as follows:

4. Authorize the appropriation of $75,000 into the General Fund (100) ABC Grant FY25 as follows:

4. FISCAL IMPACT
There is no direct fiscal impact to the City. The additional revenue received from the State of California, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will fund the expense for this program.
