Plans and specifications have been completed and the Annual Concrete Replacement project Fiscal Year 2020-2021 is ready to be advertised for bids. The total estimated construction cost including 15% for contingencies and construction engineering is $558,200.

The total expenditure for this project is $558,200 and will be funded in Pavement Management Program (13120) through Measure M2 (263)

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
The project is part of the annual street maintenance replacement at various locations for curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, cross gutter, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sidewalk access ramps. The Annual Concrete Replacement Project, within the Pavement Management Program (13120), includes a component of annual maintenance services on a scale large enough that these services require an outside contractor. As such, this contract is funded from both the operations and the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budgets previously approved by Council.
