This agreement with Triad Consulting & System Design Group, L.L.C. will provide security consulting services to assess existing intrusion detection alarm and fire alarm panels to integrate into the City's Genetec Security Center platform.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Approve the agreement with Triad Consulting & System Design Group, L.L.C. in the total amount of $57,585, representing an original agreement amount of $52,350, plus a 10% contingency of $5,235, for security consulting services and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.
2. Authorize the appropriation of $57,585 from the Capital Bond Proceeds unreserved fund balance to expenditure account number 553.1601.56033.20347, Capital Bond Proceeds - Enterprise Access System.

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
Triad Consulting & System Design Group, L.L.C. (Triad) recently provided services to the City to assess, recommend, and develop a Request for Proposals (RFP) for City-wide access control replacement. The Electronic Access Control Replacement RFP, which closed on September 17, 2020, addresses the need to replace three disparate door and gate electronic access control systems by folding that function into the City's existing unified Genetec security platform.
