2. Summary
The City entered into a contract with Lightning Fence Co., Inc. for renovation and repair of the existing pedestrian footbridge located within the Del Rio Assessment District. The improvements to the bridge included new galvanized steel beams and composite lumber decking. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Community Services Department.
3. Recommended Action

Accept Del Rio Bridge Renovation as complete and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
