Bids for Chapman Avenue and Flower Street Left Turn Signal Improvements - HSIPL-5073(087) were received and opened on March 18, 2021. Five bidders responded to the Notice Inviting Bids. The apparent low bidder is Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. of Chino, CA for $280,800.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Authorize the appropriation of $115,000 from Fund 263 (M2) Unreserved Fund Balance to 263.5011.56100.20327, Chapman & Flower Left Turn Modification.
2. Award the contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. of Chino, CA in the total amount of $308,880, representing an original amount of $280,800, plus a 10% contingency of $28,080, for Chapman Avenue and Flower Street Left Turn Signal Improvements - HSIPL-5073(087); and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
