3. Claim for damages from Emilio Casas Cortez alleging personal injury and property damage when he was involved in a traffic collision due to nonfunctional traffic signals operated by Caltrans.
4. Claim for damages from Alejandro Razo alleging personal injury in the course and scope of his employment with the Orange County Public Works Department.
5. Claim for damages from Salvador Miramontes-Robles alleging property damage and personal injury due to a traffic collision involving an Orange Police Department vehicle.
