2.                     Summary

The project included the slurry seal of four local streets throughout the City of Orange. The rehabilitation consisted of removal and reconstruction of severely damaged pavement sections, crack seal, slurry seal and striping. The City of Orange entered into a contract with American Asphalt South, Inc.  The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
