2. SUMMARY
The applicant, SC Wings Block, LLC is requesting to serve beer, wine, and distilled spirits with a State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Type 47 (On-Sale General - Eating Place) License in conjunction with the service of food within an expanded existing restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 3214-23 will replace existing CUP No. 2830-11, which permitted the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits under a Type 47 (On-Sale General - Eating Place) Alcoholic Beverage License at 20 City Boulevard West, Suite 901A.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. Adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 15-24 entitled:
A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Orange approving Conditional Use Permit No. 3214-23, allowing the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for on-site consumption in conjunction with a State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Type 47 license (On-Sale General - Eating Place) within an expanded restaurant, located at 20 City Boulevard West, Suite 901A.
2. Find that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities).
